Can you imagine the alcohol sales? Would LSU fans outdrink the Irish?

If you've been to Ireland you know that you don't out drink the Irish.

As Brian Kelly had Irish American parents, he might not have to fake the accent.

Yeah, but they're going to hate his jokes. Oh who are we kidding? He won't even be the coach by the time that game is scheduled.

I would love to move a Sept OOC game away from the aluminum reflector oven of Oxford, and trade it for a cool cloudy spot on the green hills of Scotland or some such place.

I am fricking in

Well, it would make sense for it to be LSU v ND in Ireland.

Yeah, Americans just binge drink. There are places in Europe where they plan out a night of heavy drinking like seal team 6 planned taking out Osama.

I think it would be cool for LSU to play ND in Ireland. It would be a great trip and cultural experience for the athletes.

You'd think they go to Burgundy or somewhere amongst their kin.

Those frickers sit around a pub all day and drink, and then when you and your boys coming charging in late in the day to get drunk they just roll their eyes at you.

I consider myself a competent drinker. There’s been 2 times in my life that I’ve been drank under the table. Malaga, Spain by an Irishman. Trieste, Italy by a damn Russian. And yes, we squids weren’t allowed to fraternize with Warsaw Pact forces. I was a special case (my side gig was Naval Investigative Service while I was assigned to NATO duty)

Bunch of LSU baws in a crowded Irish Pub?

It could go either really well or absolutely terrible .

No middle ground there.
