I don't know if it was play calling, protection, or his reading a defense, but it seems we were almost always throwing to the wrong route for the situation. If it was third and 10, we were checking down. If it were third and 2, we were throwing a bomb. In the redzone, it seems we did nothing to scheme our best players open and settled for fades and low percentage throws.

I tend to put most of that on Carmichael.
