Neither is drinking or being a gambler.
Yet those are legal in this state.
We are talking about hemp. An actual useful crop.
As far as the cbd gummies and shite like it. Put an age limit like everything else and fine people for selling to underage like you do with everything else. All that stuff is bunk anyway and is sold because marijuana is illegal federally still and hemp is not.

A lot of people would argue that religion has not proven to be a positive for society. If this is the measuring stick you want to use, you're going to be severely disappointed.
