I think Obsidian will stay but just become a Fallout factory.

New Vegas was my favorite fallout game. While I would love to see them work on another Fallout title, or even an Elder Scrolls title, I think they could be so much more. I think I'm one of the few people that enjoyed Alpha Protocol despite its flaws, but if they could refine something like that instead of being under a tight schedule then I really believe they could be the second coming of old school Bioware like many thought that they would be.

They can mine PoE for another few games.
Todd Howard is scared to let Obsidian do another Fallout, because they do it better than him.
