Keep lying to yourself kid. You lose to Alabama this time, and the storm will descend on your program. The media will shite all over you. including the Finebaums of the world. It will affect recruiting, Kalen De Boer will use it rest assured.

And I and others will be on you like stink on, well you get the image. Don't tell me the lie you're trying to peddle.

Your head coach will be 1-6 vs Alabama and not just Saban. Can't use the GOAT excuse anymore. It could end that nice run, no more room for error with a tough schedule still ahead.

Previous losses to bama led to the best back to back seasons of the modern SEC era, but according to you, this one will somehow be ruinous.

See why this seems more like your fantasy rather than reality?

If UGA marches through the post season and wins a national title, I really won't care about who we lose to in the regular season. Similarly the loss to Bama in 2021 meant nothing because UGA won the national title that year.

Bama isn't a rival for UGA. They matter only in the way they could get in the way of UGA's title hopes. They simply aren't the roadblock they once were, so they matter much less to UGA fans.

A regular season game against Bama is just another regular season game. You need to adjust to the new reality of college football.
