I saw Roman and NC State play Bama in T-town 1961. The NC State fans would chant , "Throw Roman Throw".
Didn't work well vs the 1961 National Champs. I was 11.

Biggest QB in the league in his day. After all those years with the Rams, he just didn't look right in that Eagle uniform.
