I get it. Americans don't like cutting grass, picking fruits and shite. There are indeed a lot of jobs out there that Americans won't touch. I am all for immigrants coming to America to make a better life for them and their families. BUT, this way is NOT the way to do it.
I think the majority of Americans who work in those types of fields are lazy, entitled and shitty workers compared to the ones who migrated here from other countries, but this way is NOT the way to do it.
Many of us are guilty of the above. I remember thinking 30 years ago having a yard service meant you had 'arrived'.
It's easy to get lulled into this sort of thing. Last year, local lawn guy decided to cut back... no longer servicing my area, and a [very good] hispanic was recommended -- and the gentleman was very thorough.
However, my front and back yards are not that large, while the price went from $60 to $80 / cutting. Instead, I purchased a new Toro rechargeable system off of Craigslist, and a couple more used batteries/ chargers off eBay.
I always need the exercise and cut now more than twice as often as the service before, Yet the tools, batteries and chargers paid for themselves by the end of last season.
So cutting back [from outsourcing ... lol] has been a win for me, and the yard looks as nice as ever.
This is just one way to fight.

So how do the tens of millions of migrants pay for their basic life sustaining goods and services, CF? There are only two options, work or government subsidies.
And given that any attempt at deportation would be used by the Dems/MSM to gas light the whole society into ten times worse than we saw with the last Trump Adm., what is the remedy to avert such?
If your immigrant yard guy were to show up at your door with wife and hungry children in tow, what do you do? That is what is coming if or when the USD goes down via massive USD printing.
My Grandma told me about the Great Depression, and about hungry and good folk walking the road and stopping at her gate, and asking for work for food. I seriously doubt that given today's culture, they will respect that 'gate'. Will they let their family die because 'selfish' Haves won't share, or condemn them and force them to share via whatever means necessary. Government or personal. This is not rocket science.
Good luck with the yard.
