Harbaugh regular season W/L: 160-99 (.618)
Playoff W/L: 12-10
1 Superbowl

Mike McCarthy regular season W/L: 167-102 (.620)
Playoff W/L: 11-11
1 Superbowl

Both of these guys were lucky they had red-hot QBs to get them each a title, but that was a long time ago.

Feels like Harbaugh has done more with less.

Might as well add Mike Tomlin to that list, also. Winning playoff games are hard.

There’s no comparison at all. Harbaugh had Joe Flacco. A decent but not great quarterback. McCarthy had an all time great QB in Rodgers who many would put on the Mt. Rushmore of QBs to ever play the game.

I was able to get to know a handful of Packer players during the McCarthy era, one being Brett Hundley. Brett is a great dude and was a decent QB but when Rodgers went down and Hundley had to play McCarthy was absolutely lost trying to force a Rodgers less team into playing the way they should with Rodgers. McCarthy rode the all time great he had and when he didn’t have him he sucked donkey arse and couldn’t adapt.

John Harbaugh > Mike McCarthy
