The Alabama women's golf team sits in sixth place after the opening two rounds of the Liz Murphey Intercollegiate with a team total of 13-over par 589 (292-297). Harriet Lockley leads the way for the Crimson Tide in a tie for eighth place with a score of even-par 144 (69-75). Four of the five Tide players sit in the top-35 on the player leaderboard.

The Tide got off to a solid start, opening the tournament with a 4-over par 292, ending the round in fourth place. Alabama ended the day with a second round score of 9-over par 297 to wrap up the day in sixth place.
