I could be wrong but I believe Saban is the factor in this.

Eddie O made $900k the same year that Saban signed an 8-year $32million contract.

LSU was the first school to pay a college football coach a million a year when we hired nick saban. I think it should have capped at 4 million for a top coach.

I understand it’s a 24/7 job but give me a break. I’m sure you can manage with that pay
