I agree with you on coaching salaries. It went from < 1 million per year to now over 10 million per year for top coaches.

I’m really interested to see what happens the next month between the grove collective having to fund both football and basketball transfers. Kiffin and Beard are both elite coaches that can win a championship one day. I know when Beard turned down Arkansas he was promised more NIL money.

I could be wrong but I believe Saban is the factor in this.

Eddie O made $900k the same year that Saban signed an 8-year $32million contract.
