How did Brandon Miller “hand deliver” a weapon he never touched or saw?

The text he received implies that he knew the gun was in his car, whether he saw the text or not.

He helped commit murder and was allowed to finish out the season with this being known. Bama should be banned from the postseason and lose scholarships over this. Its disgusting

Facts /= your emotions.

Fact: They pulled up behind him with their lights off

He was already there. He didn't deliver anything. Miles got his gun out of his backseat that belonged to him. Then they pulled up behind him with their lights off. There's a reason he isn't charged with anything.

cause he can ball, he worked with police and there is enough doubt for the DA not to waste their time with it but mostly that he can ball

Totally normal to hand your angry bud a gun with known intentions when someone pulls up behind you. If this was an LSU or a&m player all bama fans would be calling for the program to be shut down, which would be the right thing to do if you hire a coach that knowingly lets people who aid murders play

This describes what Miles did, not Miller.

But did he bring the murder weapon to the scene?

The fact was/is/will be that Miller:

A) knew his friend was in conflict at 1AM
B) received a text directly connecting the conflict with the request to bring a firearm to the scene of the conflict
C) brought the firearm to the friend at the scene of the conflict
D) a woman was killed very shortly thereafter

I'll accept many/most explanations as to why this doesn't quite amount to criminal activity. But just imagine this happening in a professional league. It's nuts that his school didn't think it needed to send a message that you simply can't engage in this level of recklessness as a representative of the school.

So we're gonna run with a conspiracy theory?

The victims family I would guess.

What does that have to do with Miller's intent or motive?

Do you believe there must be intent or motive to break the law or face consequences?

Maybe now they will stop with the lock him up chants and booing. But I doubt that many tournament attendees will read that long of an article.

Good insight and article overall and just in time for the tournament run.
