Georgia 7 ranked wins teams record - 22 combined losses.
Georgia beat 3 top 10 teams.
All 3 of those top 10 haven’t won a NC in the past 7 seasons. And you needed a missed field goal as time expired to win.
2019
LSU 7 ranked wins teams record - 18 combined losses.
LSU beat 7 top 10 teams.
Just 2 of those teams we beat won the past 3 season national championships

I’ve seen numerous articles discussing this since the championship game and they all had 2019 LSU favored between 6.5 and 9.5.
This years LSU team put up over 500 yards passing on UGA. Imagine what the 2019 team would do. It would be ugly.
