I’m seeing this being passed around on Facebook as though it has been decided. Having said that, I hope they do it. That helmet is freaking sharp.

Miss State fans, I don’t how much it cost to buy these uniforms for whole team but couldn’t be over 100k. 4 guys 25k a piece
1) Get a few alumni to buy them now, and 100-200 special numbered footballs with this logo etc. Get all players staff to sign with special Leach stamp, sell for 200 bucks a piece or more.
2) Announce this as a special tribute to Mike Leach and the footballs and jerseys etc will be signed and auctioned off with proceeds to American heart association in Leach’s honor. (Get their logo on the stuff if you can)
3) Then after all of this, and the announcement see if you can wear them for the bowl game. It’s a double dog dare to NCAA
You will raise 200k or more for charity

I would be somewhat surprised if the idea of SEC teams all wearing a jolly roger helmet sticker during bowl season doesn't take off. Fans all seem to want this and it would be a great tribute. State wearing the full sized decal on their helmets while the rest of us did smaller ones on the back of our helmets would make for a pretty awesome tribute, imo.

Wouldn't even cost that much. All they'd need to do is purchase decals and apply them to their standard white helmets just like the equipment guys already do with their normal decals. The rest of the uniform could be one of their standard combos.
