The No. 9 Alabama men's golf team is set to begin postseason play when it competes at the 2024 Southeastern Conference Men's Golf Championship this week. The event will take place Wednesday through Sunday, April 24-28, in St. Simons Island, Ga., at the par 70, 7,005-yard Sea Island Golf Club.

Jones Free will lead off championship play for Alabama when he tees off in the first of three rounds of stroke play Wednesday morning on hole No. 10 at 7:20 a.m. CT.

All 14 SEC schools will compete in a 54-hole, stroke-play format, which includes 18 holes Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Eight teams will advance to the match-play quarterfinals Saturday morning, while four teams will move on to the match-play semifinals Saturday afternoon. The final two teams will go head-to-head in the match-play finals on Sunday.

-8 for the guys today which was the 2nd best team total. Sitting in 7th with a 6 shot cushion over 9th place.

CLE ELUM, Wash. – The Alabama women's golf team concluded play at the NCAA Cle Elum Regional Wednesday, finishing in 10thoverall with a team score of 916 (303-308-305). As a result of finishing outside the top five and not advancing to the 2024 NCAA Women's Golf National Championships, the Crimson Tide's 2023-24 season comes to an end.

Kynadie Adams and Mattie Frick led the team throughout the three-day, 54-hole regional as both finished inside the top 35. Adams paced Alabama with a tournament total of 11-over par 227 (77-74-76) to finish in 34th position, while Frick was a stroke back and tied for 35th overall at 12-over par 228 (75-78-75).
