Which team has the easiest and hardest path to the championship game? Remember, Hoover is great at all, but for you noobs, the committee doesn’t put a lot of weight into the conference tournaments.

Most of 33 “at large” teams are already set, the conference tournaments is for the 31 champions that may need it to steal a bid to get in with the automatic bid. Conference tournaments help teams like LSU or UF, but not much help for the top teams in the conference that’s already a lock.

Is there such a thing when the top 4 teams in the tournament are basically the top 4 teams in the country?

I would argue that the Arkansas/Kentucky side of the bracket would be my preferred path mostly because I don't see Arkansas putting up much of a fight to win the thing.

Disagree. LSU has played themselves into a top 8 seed before because of the tournament. That was more than five years ago though before Tennessee discovered baseball.

I agree with you on this take. Arkansas knows the committee doesn’t put much weight into the conference tournaments and they will look at rest as more important than playing in Hoover and wait on their team for regionals.

While UK is new to baseball success they are going to throw everything they have to win the SEC Tournament. This is their best season in school history and if they will shut down campus to celebrate a “regular season Co-Champion”, imagine what they would do if they actually won the SEC tournament?

33 teams are selected by the committee. 31 teams get the automatic bid. Most of those 33 teams have been decided already, only question is what order? Now their will be some teams that steals a bid by winning the tournament that shakes things up a little, but overall the top 16 seeds have been decided already.

I'm glad y'all took the number 1 seed in the SEC tourney. Hopefully, y'all get the number overall as well. Have fun with that millstone.

You know I’m right. UK has never won the SEC Tournament or been to Omaha in school history. Could you imagine the parade they would throw in Lexington if you won the SEC Tournament for the first time? It would be epic!

“Milestone”? UK would throw a parade for being the #1 overall seed. Hell they have never won a super regionals. Tennessee is at a point now that they are disappointed if they don’t make it to Omaha. Y’all would be happy just being a national seed.

Programs are in different places for sure.

Don't act like you anthropoids wouldn't do the same. If the last game of year was reversed, so would the shite-talking.

Tennessee would not shut down the campus for winning the East or the SEC Regular season. Its expected every year now in Knoxville, and when it don’t happen it’s a disappointment. Hell when Tennessee doesn’t make Omaha, it’s a disappointing season.

Y’all will most likely end up with the #1 overall seed, and we are all ok with UK being the #1 overall. The #1 seed hasn’t won the National Championship since 1999.

The millstone is that the only number 1 seed overall in the tourney to win was in 99 Miami. No other #1 overall seed has won it again. Why y'all so focused on us?

You're weirdly obsessed with how Kentucky fans may or may not want to celebrate a good season. It seems very insecure.

Maybe go touch some grass?
