Do you honestly think repeating these obvious lies will stop what's coming? This won't be decided by a public vote, it's going to court. After it winds its way through the fraudulent legal system that insulates Baton Rouge politicians from their malfeasance, it will eventually go to a court that follows the law. Then Baton Rouge will pay the taxes that they legally should have been setting aside the day the vote was won. You can't stop what's coming.

Unfortunately by the time this happens Broome and her piece of shite cronies will have robbed BR blind and taken off into the sunset.

I’m glad I now at least have some separation from them and the ilk that puts them in office.

Possibly, but maybe not.

To fight it in court is going to require that the books be opened and a thorough accounting of the spending take place. I agree w/ some others, I think the funding of the BRPD/FD and their respective pensions with tax dollars that were legally St George's is not the only troubling things that will be found when the books are opened. They will want to prevent that.

Now we need to start working separating the parish president and mayor of Baton Rouge. The mayor of Baton Rouge no longer serves a majority of the parish, thus shouldn't also be the parish president.
